| CURRICULUM The curriculum of Associate of Theology degree is composed of biblical, theological and practical aspects, designed to prepare the student for effective pastoral ministry or Christian leadership within the local church. The program creates a balanced Christian doctrinal foundation. The biblical principles taught in the classroom along with actual practical application of spiritual truths equip the student for a fruitful ministry in the local church. GOALS 1) Develop ministers and church leaders who will strengthen and enlarge local churches in the Philippines under the leading and control of the Holy Spirit. 2) Encourage ministers and church leaders to deepen their passion for the lost and to be able to prepare believers to evangelize those in the community who do not know Jesus as Savior. ( Matt. 28:18-20) 3) Equip the student with administrative abilities to manage their ministries, especially in the areas of finance and in the training of future church leaders. 4) Teach the student how to lead the church with a humble heart, yet with strength and boldness to overcome the spiritual forces of wickedness. SUBJECTS These are the core subjects for the Associate of Theology degree program. Students who may aspire in the Bachelor of Missions and Evangelism, and Bachelor of Christian Education degree must take these subjects in order to fulfill the basic requirements of the Bachelor program.
